Client programme data
Data processed on behalf of clients in telco, banking, brand and impact programmes is governed by the contract with that client. It is handled under enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access control and audit logging, with SOC 2 aligned controls and on-premise deployment available where required.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
